Tap Your Way To A Better You!

The Tapping Solution by Nick Ortner was a pleasant surprise! There are so many self-help books written today that may deliver what is promised, but sometimes tend to take some time before they do.  There are many things I like about this book, starting with how easy it is to get started with tapping.  The author provides a background on tapping that gives you enough of an understanding of it to quickly get started.  There is a quick start chapter with the tapping diagram showing each meridian point, the sequence, and scripts that help you with what to say during your tapping sessions.  There are examples of case studies which go into many different areas where tapping is used.  What surprised me is how many ways you can use tapping. There are chapters which go into detail relating to physical and emotional ailments and how to heal them.  I decided to give the tapping  a try for stress relief. It does take a few times to get used to the tapping areas at first, but after repeating them, it becomes easy to remember.  The tapping did lessen my stress and the best part is that I didn’t have to spend hours doing this to achieve results.  If you go into this with a positive approach and give it a try, it does work. The author was clear and to the point in a book that was just 229 pages long.  I’m looking forward to applying the tapping principles to other areas also.  I highly recommend this book .
